Get list of configurations

get https://example.com/alerts/private/v1/customer-configurations/

Returns the list of configurations. Available for admins with "view_admin_profiles" permission if {uid} belongs to an admin user or "view_user_profiles" permission if {uid} belongs to a client.

The admin has an option to check what alerts are activated/deactivated for specific user.
