Available for admins who has "execute_cancel_pending_transfer_requests" permission.

The API allows the admin to execute a transfer request that has status ‘Pending’ and ‘Requires action from admin’.

NOTE: When the request is sent successfully, transactions in the request immediately start executing consequently one by one, the transfer request changes its status to “Executed”.
