Available for admins who has "execute_cancel_pending_transfer_requests" permissions. The reason parameter is a cancellation reason.
The API allows the admin to cancel a transfer request that has status ‘Pending’ and ‘Requires action from admin’.
NOTE: For the cancelation request there is an additional optional parameter as ‘reason of cancelation’.
