Sign In action

The API allows the customer to enter the system.

To start the Sign In procedure Customer will be prompted to enter the profile credentials: email or phone number and password.

NOTE:

  • The customer can sign in only if the status of their profile is ‘Active’.
  • If their profile has Inactive or Dormant statuses or is temporarily blocked due to the exceeded limit of login attempts with incorrect credentials, the customer can not login.
